Pensacola Little Theatre is postponing its 2008 Crystal Awards and Volunteer Appreciation Party, which was to take place on Saturday, August 23.

The Crystal Awards Ceremony and Reception will now take place on Sunday, August 31, beginning at 2:30pm, at the Pensacola Cultural Center, 400 South Jefferson Street.

The decision was made Friday morning, after Santa Rosa County officials recommended that residents stay off the roads on Saturday evening and Sunday due to possible severe weather and flooding from Tropical Storm Fay.
